Itinerary
Your Mauritian journey begins with a private arrival transfer from the airport to your chosen resort. After settling into your room on a half-board basis, the rest of the day is yours to unwind. Take a leisurely stroll along the beach, cool off in the pool, or simply relax with the sound of the Indian Ocean in the background. Dinner is served at the resort as the tropical evening settles in.
After breakfast, embark on the South tour, starting with the Trou aux Cerfs Volcano crater, where you can peer into a sleeping giant wrapped in lush greenery. Next, visit the peaceful Ganga Talao Meditation sanctuary, a sacred lake reflecting the surrounding mountains. Continue into the Black River Gorges for dramatic views of waterfalls and deep valleys. A stop at Foreal Craft Shop leads you to the Valley of 23 Colors Entry ticket, where exposed sand dunes create a surreal landscape of reds, browns, purples, and yellows. Return to your resort for dinner.
Today is dedicated to the sparkling lagoon of Ile aux Cerfs. You’ll be transferred to the boat departure point for a shared speed boat ride (starting by noon, with possible 45–60 min waiting time). Once on the island, spend your day swimming, sunbathing, or simply marveling at the turquoise waters. For those who prefer a seamless arrival, an optional private boat upgrade is available at USD 85 per person to avoid waiting. Return to the mainland in the afternoon and head back to your resort for dinner.
After breakfast, the North tour introduces you to the vibrant capital, Port Louis. Begin at the Citadel Fort Adelaide, a 19th-century fort offering panoramic city and harbor views. Then, dive into local culture at the Kuanfu Tea Museum, followed by free time to explore Le Caudan Waterfront, a lively promenade of craft markets, cafes, and souvenir shops. The afternoon is free to relax or enjoy optional beach time before your final dinner at the resort.
