Your day begins with a scenic ride to the Hakone area, starting with Oishi Park on the shores of Lake Kawaguchiko for stunning views of Mt. Fuji (weather permitting). Next, you'll visit the volcanic valley of Owakudani, where you can see sulfurous fumes and boiling hot springs. The adventure continues with a Hakone Cruise on Lake Ashi, offering serene views of the surrounding mountains, and a thrilling ride on the Hakone Ropeway, providing a bird's-eye view of the dramatic landscape. After a full day of exploration, you will return to your hotel in Tokyo for the night.

After breakfast, you will experience the iconic Shinkansen, the Japanese Bullet Train, on a high-speed journey from Tokyo to Kyoto. Upon arrival, you'll delve into the historic Gion district, the famous geisha quarter, and wander through the preserved streets of Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka, lined with traditional shops and teahouses. The day culminates at Kiyomizu Temple, one of Japan's most celebrated temples, renowned for its wooden stage that juts out over the hillside, offering spectacular views of the city. Today, a private vehicle takes you to explore Kyoto’s iconic sights. First, you'll wander through the ethereal Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, a towering forest of green stalks that creates an otherworldly atmosphere. Next, visit the breathtaking Kinkakuji Temple, the Golden Pavilion, a Zen temple covered in gold leaf that shimmers brilliantly over its surrounding pond. Continue to the historical Nijo Castle, known for its "nightingale floors" that chirp when walked upon to warn of intruders.
