This morning, a three‑hour guided tour combines a walking exploration of Imperial Rome with a panoramic bus ride, bringing you face‑to‑face with iconic landmarks: the Arch of Constantine, the exterior of the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the Pyramid of Cestius, and Castel Sant’Angelo. We depart Venice and cross into Austria, arriving in Innsbruck. Here you’ll have time to explore the historic town centre and enjoy lunch, surrounded by the charming architecture of the Tyrolean capital. Our journey continues through the dramatic Tyrolean landscapes as we cross into Switzerland, reaching Zurich in the evening.

Today is dedicated to Switzerland’s majestic scenery. We travel through the Interlaken region, pausing in Grindelwald for a coffee before taking the cable car up the mountain. A short walk leads to a suspended bridge; for the adventurous, crossing it rewards you with spectacular views of the surrounding glaciers. Lunch on the mountain is included. After descending, we continue to Lucerne, one of Switzerland’s most beautiful cities, where you’ll have free time to soak in the charming cityscape.
